When I had trouble with my furnace, Ben came out and fixed it. We talked about getting my HVAC system checked out and he let me know about a plan where you pay a few up front and then they come out twice a year and run a check on your AC in the spring and furnace in the fall. I signed up and Ben came out yesterday and checked out my AC (this had never been done before) and gave me a good, honest rundown of my system and some solid advice on when I may need to replace it. He even took care of an annoying issue I’d been having with my furnace! I will happily use McQuade for all my HVAC needs!
McQuade came to the rescue when my furnace and A/C quit working during the recent heat wave. They were there quickly, technician was professional and very knowledgeable and got me back up and running on the same day. I also have them contracted on our industrial building and they are providing the same quality service! Highly recommend!!

Shawn Hanser was thorough. He tom his time explained the problem. Handled it .stayed to make sure my air work. Asked me and offered if I had any questions. He cared he was knowledgeable of his craft and I trust hi.. price was reasonable and I will use this company and him from. Now on. Pick McQuade Heating @Cooling. Get it fixed the first time. They care.! Their staff in the office will listen to your needs .
