“John did an outstanding job! He was professional, friendly, and arrived on time. He got the job done quickly without cutting any corners, and his pricing was fair. “Mike is a genuine all around good guy! Quickly got the impression even if he wasn’t going be able to assist or have your business, he was going to do his best to help and give sound advice. Wouldn’t have any second thought to recommending Mike to anyone in the future!”
“I can’t recommend Turbo Keys enough. I was stranded in a parking lot after the ignition in my Jetta suddenly stopped working, and they came out promptly after I called. From the moment they arrived, they made me feel like everything was going to be okay.
They were incredibly friendly, warm, and professional. They explained every step of the process, were completely upfront and fair about the pricing, and never made me feel pressured or confused. They took their time to make sure everything was done correctly instead of rushing through the job.
After the repair, they showed me exactly what had gone wrong with my ignition and took the time to explain everything so I understood the issue. What impressed me even more was that they followed up afterward to make sure everything was working. Their kindness, honesty, and attention to detail made a stressful situation so much easier. If I ever have another issue with my car, or any locks at all, Turbo Keys will be the first company I call. They are seriously the best! Thank you Steven!”
