Randy came out to our other rental condo for not cooling problem. Diagnosed the issue and did the repair to a 30+ original AC system that was on it's last leg. I asked for a quote to replace the unit and also to stop at our condo for a quote on AC unit replacement also. I had gotten other quotes way higher. He replaced both condos AC systems and did them both in 2 days. What a difference in cooling and electric bills being reduced. Thank you Randy, Lauren and crew. Great job!
