We had a raccoon that decided to take residence under our deck. I called many places, Spencer from King James called me back, I told him what the issue was and he sent out a Tech with the intention of setting a trap. The raccoon was close enough for the Tech to grab, put in a trap and the raccoon will be relocated. All done within a minute. Highly recommended! Fast service! Tech was awesome!
