Always a great store to shop at as it's close to me. Been shopping here for over 12 years and bought myself some great clothes, shoes and accessories and much credit to the store for STILL being open after lakeside Mall closed in 2024. There's always something for everyone at JCPenney!

Yes we shop at real stores with real people. No we do not shop Amazon anymore. We let that go a long time ago for the right reasons. Jc Penny has stuck it out here and has good threads for good prices. Staff is always great at checkout and they make sure we leave happy.

First I went to lakeside Mall. And you know JCPenney's is closed down. So I went to the one in Troy. It was so empty racks upon racks of 40 to 70% off stuff however I get up to the register and when I inquired about the percentages off the woman was kind of rude and tried to get me to apply for a JCPenney card. I did not ask to apply for a card I asked about the discounts. The store was clean and we also use the restroom which was clean as well. Mostly people buying school clothes
