I ordered flooring based off a sample in the store. I brought my existing flooring in to ensure it matched up well before placing the order.
What I received, while it was the product # on the store sample, it was not a match at all to my existing flooring.
But Mike and Danielle worked with Shaw Flooring to make it right! Thank you so much. Based on their great customer service and the options they presented, I updated my review and star rating.
