This is a family owned and operated business. As others have mentioned, the Vitale family is unresponsive and unprofessional. They employ talented craftsmen, who may eventually create quality cabinets for your home, but the family’s customer service is reprehensible. You will regret working with this company- unfulfilled promises, endless excuses, deadlines missed. Beware.

We worked with Vince on the design and install of our cabinets. Our first meeting was in September of 2021. We finalized design and paid a deposit for our cabinets in December of 2021. We were told it would take 6 to 8 months for install. It is now November and still no end in sight. Vince is full of empty promises. Working with this company is costing us money as we had to pay for a loan lock extension and escrow money at closing because of their egregious delay. I would NOT recommend this company. I am so happy with the craftsmanship of this company. The owners took their time with me and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.I did spend quite a bit of money on my kitchen, but it was well worth it. I absolutely love my new kitchen.
