We worked with Vince on the design and install of our cabinets. Our first meeting was in September of 2021. We finalized design and paid a deposit for our cabinets in December of 2021. We were told it would take 6 to 8 months for install. It is now November and still no end in sight. Vince is full of empty promises. Working with this company is costing us money as we had to pay for a loan lock extension and escrow money at closing because of their egregious delay. I would NOT recommend this company. I am so happy with the craftsmanship of this company. The owners took their time with me and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.I did spend quite a bit of money on my kitchen, but it was well worth it. I absolutely love my new kitchen. We worked with Vince the owner of the company EuroCraft Custom Cabinetry. They made custom cabinets for our entire kitchen. We had ongoing issues with having them meet the original deadline that they committed to as part of the contract. They finally did the install this past September. It is my sense that they used contract guys to do the install and there are several items that were not properly installed. We have been chasing Vince ever since to complete the job. He makes commitments to send guys out and then does not follow through. We send him emails and call him and all we get are empty promises and commitments.
