Came for a wax promotion and honestly didn’t like the way it went. The lady was nice to me personally but did seem to get upset easily if you were to make a comment or ask questions.
I absolutely don’t like the way they wax for a Brazilian. I’ve been getting a Brazilian for 3 years and even have experience with waxing myself before. The techniques they use aren’t comfortable for YOU, but works for them. My sessions aren’t painful at all with other people (my lady) but the methods the person here used made the session super painful as there’s not enough room to fully relax your extremities and stretch the area of the skin when needed. I swear when I say this, Naela she is the best hair color specialist. The work she does is beyond amazing and the pricing is more than reasonable. Honestly, she is the only one I will let touch my hair anymore since someone referred me to her 4 years ago. I feel so blessed to have found someone who colors my hair the way I want is vs. How the stylist wants it. She took my hair from 3 years of growth (I was growing my hair out for 3 years to be able to cut off all the bleached and damaged hair from previous stylist)...look at the pictures.
