Our vacation house was flooded from a broken pipe during the polar vortex, winter of 2019. Our first call was to Service Master of Big Rapids, MI. They came immediately and did a great job of remediation –drying the house out, removing all the destroyed materials, and inventorying the lost possessions – working under very difficult winter conditions. They put us in contact with a mold specialist who is very knowledgable and gave us first rate service and advice. And they connected us with a contractor to do the repairs and worked with him throughout the construction to track costs and prepare estimates for the insurance adjuster. I bought a house from a family that had a large dog. I hired the Nostrant's to come clean the carpets that I thought were just going to have to be replaced. I was SHOCKED at how great they looked after the crew was done. I would definitely hire them again!
