I want to support small town business but the service I get there over the phone is always so rude. They always seemed to be bothered by ANY question you have. It's not just the woman but the men who work there too. Please do better. Thank you ?

The first time I went there I was greeted by a lovely lady. Very sweet and made conversation with me which was in December. I went there today. An older lady with a pink sweater helped me today and I told her my whole name and then she asked me for my birthday and she comes back telling me that there wasn’t anything there for me. She was very rude and snotty towards me. I politely told her I will check and see. So I go my chart online to double check that my doctors did send in my meds. It did and it gave the exact address of where they sent it too.
