Kirk and his staff are excellent! I get a better return and pay way less than at the well known tax preparation companies. They work for you, not the government! Plus the office also does financial advising and investments. Knowledgeable, respectable and reliable! Jacob is fantastic as well. Family owned and operated! I love supporting local businesses! Been going here for years. My taxes are completed quickly and for a reasonable price. Never have had a problem making appointments or getting my questions answered. Dawn has always treated me with respect so I'm not sure sure what someone might have done to cause her to hang up on them, I'm sure it wasn't on a whim.
