Not only did he answer the phone right away, he was out the same day for an estimate. After the estimate, which was super reasonable, his crew was out a few hours later to take care of all the broken limbs, take a tree down that he realized was cracked down the trunk along with grinding the stump, and trimmed up numerous trees in my front yard for preventative maintenance.
