I called today to make an appointment for an eye exam. The first woman I spoke to I believe her name was Maryann? Very rude. Upon answering I told her I “possibly” wanted to make an appointment, really just used that word because it’s so hard to get into places anymore, and she sounded confused then asked what I wanted? So I explained I was due for an eye exam and she was like “Okay? So do you wanna make an appointment or not because you said possibly?” Not sure why I was given an attitude because obviously I want to make an appointment for an eye exam I wouldn’t have called if not.. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They had an excellent selection of frames and I had no trouble finding several great styles! I 100% recommend the Saint Clair Shores SVS on Harper Ave.
We've been using SVS for years. The staff is Awesome, very knowledgeable in all the aspects of glasses, contacts and examinations. They also carry a huge variety of frames in all price ranges. Two ??.
