I came to this practice due to the Warren location practice closing, and met Dr. Ascano and Connie and they informed on what had to be done next with my dental treatments. They both were very helpful and compassionate to my questions and concerns. Connie has been my hygienist afterwards and she’s awesome! So sweet, and kind she has been. I appreciate her helping me get through my dental procedures. Thank you Dr. Ascano and Connie, I will be with you guys from now on?
Due to a dental emergency I was able to get a next day appointment. The office was clean with what appeared to be updated equipment. The staff was friendly and professional. I was seen at my appointment time without delay. The dentist diagnosed the issue and made sure that I understood the issue as well. Follow up was offered as needed. A great experience!
1st time visiting but won't be my last. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I had an extraction done, the staff took their time and explained all the options before the procedure and after care instructions. They were not pushy and patiently waited for me to make a decision.... read full review
