Within an hour of the call, Bob came to my house to diagnose and repair the issue despite it being Sunday. While he was here, he was generous enough to repair several other projects that I had been meaning to have addressed, turning a one hour repair into a full day of work. Bob was kind, professional and seemed very happy to help me repair everything that I was concerned about even without advanced notice.
