Baetens Chiropractic Center is a very welcoming and friendly place with an excellent, awesome, kind, empathetic, professional and supportive staff. The chiropractors are fantastic, exceptional, competent, kind and smart, and patients report great experiences and immediate relief. The office is very clean and features amenities like a massage chair. Many patients have been loyal for over 20 years, trusting the doctors with issues like back pain and scoliosis, and they confidently recommend the center to family and friends. The staff is also noted for being very friendly and informative.
I’ve seen both doctors and have always had a good experience. I don’t have another office to compare them to. The girls at the front desk have always been nice. I love the massage chair too.
This most recent treatment plan has been great. I felt relief after the 1st visit,
I've been seeing Dr. Baetens for over 20 years, on and off. He is the ONLY chiropractor that I will trust with my back. He knows immediately where I am sore even before I tell him where I'm hurting. His staff is excellent, and I've never had a problem with anyone in my 20 years of going here. I recommend Dr. Baetens to anyone who is in back pain. He has kept me limber and loose because I have mild scoliosis. He reviews my X-rays with me every year. He is a competent, kind and smart doctor. He also saw my mother for her back issues and she was very pleased with him, too.
I have seen both chiropractors Dr. Baetens (male) and Dr. Woods (female). Both are exceptional. I was spoiled with great chiropractors, the Urbans, for forty years before they retired. I tried 5 other chiropractors before finding Dr. Woods. I have recommended them to several family and friends, who now swear by them as well. The entire staff is awesome, kind, empathetic, professional and supportive. I hope they don’t retire in my lifetime.
