Autumn heating & cooling went way above and beyond for a brand new customer, on a Saturday nonetheless. Obviously, the entire staff are experts in what they do. Please use this company you will not regret it.Service: A/C system maintenance
Our furnace stopped working overnight and we discovered it in the morning. We called Autumn Heating and Cooling on a recommendation from my sister as she had such a great experience. The owner called us back within 30 minutes and was over within 20 minutes. He identified the issue and had it fixed in under an hour. It was so nice to have someone that wasn't looking to replace the entire furnace but rather fix what is wrong. They will be our go-to heating and cooling guys from here on out!
Amazing service!!! We’ve used Autumn several times in the past few years for different odds and ends - always completely satisfied! Most recently, our a/c stopped working late last night - I contacted Bob this morning and by 2:30pm our a/c was back in action! So grateful for the quick service, as it’s about 95 degrees today!
