This program is great for weight loss. I have lost over 100 pounds and been able to keep it off for over 12 years. Weight loss is still work, it’s a life style, and you are always working on change every day

Honestly this was the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me! I was on very bad shape, diabetic, high blood pressure and unable to walk more than 100 yards at a time and needed knee replacement surgery. In less than a year my diabetes is reversed and no longer taking medication for my high blood pressure. Thank goodness for this life saving surgery ❤️
