They had someone come out the same day. Blower motor burned out. They Had one on the truck. Had furnace working in about an hour. Great price . I highly recommend. Very good service. Thank you.

Mr. Furnace provided a quote, but the final charge differed. The technician disconnected thermostat wires, stated three issues with the furnace, and presented two repair options: $1,650 or $12,540 for a new furnace and AC. However, the actual issue was merely a faulty thermostat. The company owner displayed unprofessional behavior towards me and my wife. After a refund and reassignment, another technician restored power to the furnace by reconnecting the wires. It appears Mr. Furnace may be engaging in deceptive business practices. use at your own risk......... read full review

Great service and prompt response . I was able to get my heat back up. I needed a replacement part which was under warranty . The service tech was prompt and well done .
