We enjoyed all of our interactions at Vanderwall Bros. They were helpful throughout the process. The helped us find Sam Bishop of 3Builders to put the fireplace in and he was very kind and made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done.

Nate and Logan installed a new log set this afternoon. They were very neat and made no mess at all. Logan made sure everything was covered with drop cloths. And, it is very clear that Nate has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

We love our fireplace from Vanderwall and had a great experience during install and when we’ve had any service needs. Andrea in the office was super patient with us and helped us trouble shoot when our unit would not stay on. We ended up needing a service call, and Sam came out and did a quick repair and took the time to explain what had happened and how to prevent it next time!
