I love this place, along time ago I decided to try yoga for my body and mind, and a very rough patch in my life, yoga for peace saved me.I started taking my daughter with me as they offer a place for kids to have fun.I will always be greatfull for being excepted here and how everyone was so very nice to me and my daughter. Love this place! I have been to several different classes with different instructors and they have all been awesome! They have everything you need for any type of class so it is perfect for beginners. Almost all the classes can be done by any range of experience though.
