I had a ear infection and couldn't hear out of my ear. They got me in the same day and I was only there 45 minutes! So thankful to Dr. Ray for making me feel better! She is a excellent doctor, very thorough, explained everything and is a very sweet and caring woman! The staff is great also! I would highly recommend her
She's the best ENT downriver. I've been to a lot of ENTs and let me tell you I really like Dr Ray. She's very easy to talk to very personable she explains everything thoroughly and make sure you understand. Her staff is excellent as well. I went to her for a fungal infection which I was being overmedicated she cut down my medication seems like I'm doing better now. She is my new ENT and I'm happy about it.It's always good to get a good doctor and a doctor that listens And that you can trust. Thank you Dr Ray.
I don’t understand why the staff has to be so unfriendly!! You call and you ask if there’s any cancellations OK thank you I’ll wait until my appointment date. Click.!!! I really like the doctor. She was very thorough and kind but something about the staff not every single one of them but some of them that answered that phone they’re working and we’re paying your wages.
