I don’t have enough good things to say about my dryer repair that took just minutes; professional, prepared, friendly, timely, honest, above and beyond. We all hate when appliances break, but it’s good to know the bright spot in that situation is Longton.

Mike showed up to fix my dryer. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer and fixed the issue promptly. What impressed me was how respectful and polite he was. Impression is everything. He was very knowledgeable when it came to my kenmore dryer. 5 stars. Keep doing what you're doing, Longton.

Mike from Longton came out for out newer Samsung dryer. Was told I needed a new control board by another company, but all it ended up being was a heat sensor. Would definitely recommend Longton Appliance again.Services: Washer/dryer repair
