I have visited this MI works a couple times and always satisfied with the help I receive, but today things really stood out.This morning coming into the building I was greeted by two amazing ladies, they are so friendly. I wanted to recognize them even though I don’t know there names they definitely deserve it!I especially want to let everyone know how amazing Cynthia is, who has helped me since day one. She is awesome, her positive attitude, and ambition to help people is amazing!
My interactions with the Southgate, MI branch of Michigan Works was an outright positive experience and a profound benefit for me. After being out of work for many years due to injury, I received excellent services from DCCWF. Special recognition goes to Rita Brylinsky. She guided me through the process and supplied me a ton of high quality job leads that fit me. Very professional and abundantly helpful.Thanks to them, I'm back to work. Thank you Michigan Works!!!
This place is nice and clean. The young lady helped me and walked me through what need to be done the past couple times but today was a different story. Today 2 older ladies was helping me but was not able to help me. So I seen the young lady that helped me before and told her what was happening and in less then 2 minutes she figured out the problem and I was Gucci. The young lady even showed the older ladies what she did. So when I asked for the young lady to help me she was getting talked to by her supervisor and she was not going to be able to help me any further. Then another supervisor told me she can help me but not able to tell me what to do or answer the question...read full review
