Honestly? I didn't use their services. I did however speak to Shane about removing a dead cat across the road and he was kind enough to do that for me and I will be forever grateful. If I ever do require their services? I will gladly seek them out. He kept his word and that was more than good enough for me.

I have been in the heavy repair industry for 40 years and do not comment on good service, I expect it. However every now and then I run across exemplary. Kool is exemplary! All the usual sources had said national backorder, and wanted 30% more to wait 4 weeks. Kool was sure come tomorrow I got it.

I managed to damage my Chevelle's radiator, so I google searched a local radiator repair shop rather than buying new. Kool Radiator Service fix it, quickly with a fair price. Judging by the facility, I'm guessing they primarily work on stuff a little more complex than my old radiator. I appreciate they took the time to help out a local guy with his classic car. Thank you.
