I’m feeling a kind of way. The nail work at this salon, particularly by the lady in the first chair facing the door, is very well done, she’s clearly talented with designs and decor. Unfortunately, her attitude came across as unwelcoming and dismissive. No matter how skilled the work is, customer service and demeanor matter just as much, and the overall experience made me not want to return.

Poor Customer Service & Discrimination:
On April 6, 2024 I visited GiGi Nails to get acrylic nails done. Upon entering the lady who always sits at the station close to the front ask what I wanted to get done, I told her and she assigned a guy to do my nails. In the midst of getting my nails done I noticed that the guy was a little inexperienced as he was not doing my nails properly. I had to be pointing out faults that needed to be improved and then he would go over it and it would look even worst. Per eyebrow wax- The visit is usually good but the last few times they will put people in front of you if it's not a nail or Pedicure service....totally unfair if I was there firrs and told 5min!!
