I highly highly recommend getting your eyebrows done by Vernisa. First of all, she has her own shop with a big, comfy waiting room so it's a very comfortable place to be. Now, the eyebrows. She is so good that I'm actually in school in DC and refuse to get my eyebrows done here because I don't want to mess them up for when I go back home. She waxes first, then uses a razor, scissors, and tweezers to make sure that you get the perfect arch.
