I’ve seen Tri-Pups work a lot in my neighborhood and have always heard great things about them. Through word of mouth, I decided to have them install and grout my very precious Pewabic address plate on the exterior of my home (I was too nervous to do it myself!). I can’t thank them enough for their care and attention to detail. They showed up and had the job done in a timely manner. While this was a small job, I would definitely use them for bigger projects. I hired Tri-pups to replace my basement bathroom. They gave me multiple layouts to choose from and i ultimately moved the bathroom to a completely new place. Everyone i met associated with the project were pleasant and did their job well. A ++ on communication - everyone showed up when they said they were going to or called if running late, which i really appreciated. I was very impressed with how their payment plan was structured - it made me confident that the job would get done. Tri-Pups has taken care of us over the last few years and given us a nice driveway gate so we could keep our dog safe! And they helped us with a broken dimmer switch & new lighting install in our living room.They are straight forward and to the point when it comes to the work they can do, available resources for supplies, and timing it will take to accomplish the job.I have truly enjoyed working with Debbie, Chris, and Ted they are down to Earth and easy to chat with about things I may or may not have experience with in home maintenance/updates (e.g. Electrical, Fencing/Gate).Thank you for the quick turn-around and helping us meet our needs in our little home, we couldn't...read full review
