From patient data intake to evaluation to the surgery and aftercare, everything was professional and smooth. I was nervous about post op pain but there was nothing to be scared about. The procedure itself was painless and short ( about 10 mins). I did experience some grittyness ( feels like sand, or wearing your contacts too long) on day 1 and 2 post op but day 3 I was perfectly fine. The none preservative tears I was given was really useful to prevent this. Thank you to the care team for your professionalism and guidance throughout the process.
