The service is always professional and timely. The stylist is skilled, creative, warm and welcoming, and very professional, creating a truly safe space without any judgement. Clients report pain-free, enjoyable, and transformative experiences, with hair that is healthy and grows tremendously. The workspace is excellent, the prices are affordable and right, and the deposit is reasonable. The Braids Standard is highly recommended as a go-to destination.

Highly recommended! I cannot say enough positive things about Angel and her work. Her workspace and attitude is a truly safe space where there isn’t any judgement. This was my 9 year old’s first hair braiding experience and it was pain free and enjoyable. She is also very patient and helpful to explain how to best take care of his hair. Angel’s prices are very affordable and the deposit is beyond reasonable as well.
