Great contractor gig! Lead to a full time position.Can’t say enough good things about Teksystems, specifically working with Caleb & Hannah! I was contact about a contract position in the automotive industry and it led to a full time, salaried job in less than a year. Although I was very nervous about leaving my previous role and entering something contract, Hannah & Caleb reassured my concerns and helped me turn it into a great full time fit. If you’re nervous about trying a contractor role, don’t be!

Did I make millions of dollars working for TekSystems? No. But did I manage to accept enough assignments to eventually gain full-time employment and also develop a career thanks in part to the experience I developed there? Yes, and I would say that TekSystems was a good place for me to develop the experience & skills that many companies want from a candidate, but aren't willing to provide themselves.The work was inconsistent at times, but once I caught on with the right company, the opportunity came for me to transition from temp to hire. They are really nice people and I like talking to them, but they don't get many jobs coming their way in the way of digital marketing. I've met with a few of them and they've never sent me an interview. They might be good in other fields though and they seem professional.
