I had a pedicure by a nice woman...and then the bad part The male said he was going to do manicure. Run don't walk. He used the toughest file that shredded my nails and used thick globby gel polish that was like paste on my nails. It started to chip 4 days later. There was a woman that came in while I was there asking to have a chipped nail repaired. He wasBEYOND rude to her and she was as polite as could be. The woman that did my nails was not doing anything and he didn't offer her services. She was embarrassed for this woman as well. E we or at $80 I've ever spent.

I Used to go here for years until today. Kristina, the owner always did my nails and was expert at it. BUT the shop will be randomly be closed when it’s supposed to be open as it advertises. Kristina’s husband was very rude and mean to me and others. They can never keep any help because of this so it’s just her and husband 95% if the time so when she’s out, it’s no point going. During the school year (as of the last 3-4 years), Kristina and even her husband are typically not available after 3:30 or 4 pm. They turned my mom away on a Saturday recently 2 hours before closing. Hello today is the day I voice my opinion Now Ive been a long standing customer for almost 10 yesrs and so today I was the first in line ao I should have been getting serviced first instead she goes and service another customer than another customer besides servincing me. First off they were late per usual and always have wxcuses as to why they are late. Today was so dissapointing as hell. I WAS HERE FIRST but yet they did me when they wanted to . SADLY TO SAY i probably want be back after today.
