Recruiters offer support, insight, and dedication throughout the hiring process and even after placement. They understand company and employee preferences well, making their service efficient and beneficial. Assignments are reported as great with no pay issues. Some advice suggests being more honest about job prospects with assignees, rather than offering encouraging phrases if prospects are limited. The company is highly recommended for keeping people working and being there when in need.
This agency really didn’t provide any benefit to me. The communication was poor and essentially non existent. Additionally, most job opportunities they have are either part-time or contract only. You’re better off job searching yourself.
