I've always had great experiences with the maintenance staff at Lincoln Towers Apartments in Oak Park, where I've lived for 5 years. However, the main purpose of this review is to acknowledge Dametrius, a gentleman who helped me out about a month ago with a minor furnace noise concern that turned out to be a problem with the vent valve positioning. Dametrius took the time to not only fix but also explain the reasoning behind the issue to me so that I can handle it on my own if it happens again in the future. Thank you, Dametrius, and the lovely maintenance team at Lincoln Towers!
Love love love my community.❤️ The solarium is such a lovely and peaceful place to study, read, listen to music, and gaze out the bay window and admire the leaves turning on all the trees in front of our building. The community pantry is such a nice perk in being a resident here. The first floor lounge is equally pleasant to visit. The couch and chairs are sooooo comfy and there is a large screen tv to boot! The property manager, Ms. Joyce, is an earth angel and a pleasure to seek out when we have any issues or concerns.
