Lived at Kendall Manor in KalamazooEdit to add: Jennifer in the front office is the only redeeming quality of this place. She cares so much about the residents. She has stayed late to make sure we got a package, knocked on our door in an emergency, and been accommodating to the best of her ability while we've lived here.DO NOT LIVE HERE!-Property management has no sense of urgency to fix tenant issues.-We had an exposed pipe leaking throughout our unit, ruining our things, and endangering our pet for 6 MONTHS before management even ATTEMPTED to contact a company to replace the pipe. The on-site office staff is very friendly and diligent. However, the building is in need of updates.. from interior to exterior, and the amount being charged for rent far exceeds the quality and amenities of the premises.

I work for Herman Michel Home Clean Out.I gave a review 5 days ago regarding invoices that were submitted back in January, I must say that Ms Rebecca Smith with Princeton Enterprise did a magnificent job of working to help resolve the issue we were having.I commend her for the effort and kindness that was shown in getting the situation resolved.
