The stylist is very talented, kind, warm, down to earth, knowledgeable, informative, and accommodating. She is grateful for her clients and provides a relaxing experience in a clean, welcoming, and professional space. There are no bad attitudes here. She is highly skilled in silk press techniques, described as top tier and top notch, utilizing innovative methods like an old-school pressing comb with great care. The results are a flawless, shiny, bouncy finish with soft, light, smooth, and flowy hair that holds up beautifully, even in humidity, and lasts for days or weeks. All textures of hair are welcome and treated with respect, including tight 4b/c textures. The stylist is very knowledgeable about hair and the products she uses. She explains everything in detail, answering questions without gatekeeping, and recommends great products for maintaining the look. She is mindful of clients' hair goals, such as gaining length and health, and discusses services like trims before proceeding. Clients feel comfortable and confident, often planning to return regularly, and highly recommend Pink Fin Beauty to anyone.
Tesa is hands down one of the best stylists to work with my natural hair. She’s efficient without ever making you feel rushed, and she creates such a comfortable, welcoming environment from the moment you sit in her chair. What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about hair health. She doesn’t just style your hair, she makes sure it’s actually thriving. Every appointment feels intentional, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for someone who delivers results while also protecting your hair, Tesa is the one.
This was my first time visiting the shop and it won’t be the last. Katesa was very polite, knowledgeable, on time and had amazing customer service. She explained the products being used and took time to explain the process and even gave tips for for keeping my daughter's hair healthy all while recommending different products to use. I will for sure be back and highly recommended her services
I had such an amazing experience with my new hairstylist! From the moment I sat in her chair, I could tell she truly understand and respect natural hair. She took the time to assess my hair’s needs, explained every step of the process, and gave me helpful tips to maintain healthy hair at home.
What really stood out was her patience and attention to detail. She handled my hair so gently and used products and techniques that kept my curls hydrated, defined, and full of life. It’s not always easy to find someone who genuinely cares about the health of your natural hair, but she absolutely do.
