“UPDATE: while I’d still give Elana 5 stars, I would warn anyone considering getting their brows micro bladed that there’s a possibility that it just won’t take. This happened to me, I’m a “bleeder,” I followed the care instructions and yet after both initial appointment and touch-up my body seemingly pushed the ink right out and it didn’t last. I’ve been known to bleed a little more than others after getting regular tattoos so that should be an indicator. Consider looking into taking Vitamin K beforehand, I’m not sure if this will help but it is known to help support proper clotting of blood which might reduce the likelihood that this will happen (not a doctor, just a thought). Also, now that time has passed and what little ink stayed in there has faded out, I’ve noticed my natural brows are even thinner than before, so know that that may be a possibility. I do not think any of this is Elana’s fault, they’re just potential outcomes dependent on the individual——Would give 6/5 stars if I could. Elana is the sweetest, very skilled and professional, talked me through everything from the beginning to the aftercare, and just gave me an all around pleasant experience. Will definitely be going back“

She returned my call immediately and laid out the process for me so I completely understood everything and knew what to expect with my hair loss. She helped alleviate a lot of the anxiety that I was experiencing. Susan was thorough, kind and understanding - she can relate to her clients so well as a breast cancer survivor herself and an oncology nurse. Azi had nothing to work with in terms of location and shape, she had to start from scratch. She was very patient and obviously a perfectionist. “I have been coming here for laser hair removal for the past few months and after my first session with Abir I immediately started seeing results. Prior to coming here I was going somewhere else which they had scammed me over 10 sessions with very little to NO RESULTS in most areas..
