I appreciate the Neptune Society's timely handling of my Mom's passing. On the week of January 30th, 2023 I reached out to the Neptune Society via their website....Renita reached out to me later that evening and on the following day after speaking to her (she was willing to meet with me at the hotel I was staying in downtown Detroit) and we were able to put together a package for cremation that was affordable. Later on that week my Mom passed and Alicia and Johnna reached out and very quickly my Mom was moved from the hospice to the Neptune Society location and as of today (2/13) Mom has been cremated, death certificates ordered. I also appreciated being allowed to write a personal obituary for Mom the Neptune Society published. I did find the package for cremation (I selected the basic package which included an urn and memory chest of thoughtful items) reasonable. I do recommend the Neptune Society - Detroit for anyone's immediate or future needs for cremation planning.
My husband and I decided to get our wishes together shortly after my sister passed unexpectedly. Neptune contact us and I found with the low payments we could afford it on our budget. I am so very happy I did. They did everything they said they would and made a difficult time as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get the wishes complete, saving the questions, " What would they want? " Everyone from sales to the office personal were very kind and understanding.
