I was at the Livonia location this morning and I'm not happy at all. my husband was running behind at work this morning so I called the office to see. Could I bring my child with me or did I need to reschedule? I was told I could bring him with me as we were to the back talking to the assistant, I noticed my three year-old was wiggling in his seat while sitting quietly and patiently. I asked him what was wrong and he said he had to use the bathroom. From the first moment to the last, the staff and Dr. were very courteous and professional. They all explained the various procedures very well and were very patient in their approach with my elderly father.
Excellent staff and doctors especially Dr Day who probably saved my eyesight in my left eye by convincing me to have a pneumatic retinopexy and Dr Z who did my laser floater treatment and will be my Ophthalmologist for life.
