I have only had three manicures in my life, and all of them at Le Nails. They are always accommodating and friendly. I feel comfortable going there. Michelle does a great job with my nails, though I will say sometimes she's a little rough with the Dremel. I will admit the nails are slightly imperfect in shape, but to me that makes them look natural. In fact, that is one of the main compliments I receive - besides the design. And yes, they are a little thick (as one reviewer complained), but that makes them durable. I don't know how many times I have caught a nail or smacked them into something, but not once have I cracked or broken any of them. And the finish stayed flawless! I will rate the shop a four, only because design options seem to be limited. But Michelle is willing to try..!
I've visited this salon many times and am never disappointed. The salon is always very clean, and staff is very polite and friendly. They have great availability and are very accommodating to walk ins if you are not able to make an appointment. I got my last manicure with Mary and thought she did a wonderful job. She was extremely detailed and I've had them for about a week now without any lifting or chips. Price is also very reasonable and comparable to other salons in the area.
I recently started coming here earlier this month, but I love it so far. Wait times can be a hassle at times but the quality of the nails makes it worth it. I usually have Raven do my nails. I got a full set and toes done and I've gotten so many compliments from my friends. The nails are not too thin or too thick and they're shaped very well.
