I’ve been going to this club for about a year - the pool area is awesome!! Best pool area, hands down!!
Unfortunately, it appears LA fitness management is not doing a good job at all … as this is the second club off of Telegraph Rd that’s been closed.
LA fitness management closed the club off of Telegraph, just north of 18-mile road a couple years ago. Now this club in Southfield. What’s going on??!! Seriously!?

I just heard sad news about the Southfield location shutting down permanently. It was where i signed-up 14 years ago, and over the years I would come workout when visiting. It was always one of the top clubs in the country, IMO. This is why it’s surprising about the closure.

Just recently returned to this telegraph@12 #lafitness. Large lot at this busy LA Fitness. There's a basketball court,pool,sauna,exercise and spinning classes and racquetball courts. Many newer machines recently though some were previously used from a premium LA Fitness I believe. This site has been open a long time and is clean though a refresh is probably overdue if I'm being picky. The staff is good though it seems at times they do double duty like when they don't have a female locker room staff. Then it's not as easy to keep all areas maintained . They do provide wipes for cleaning machines but at times you do see... read full review
