I had a new roof and downspouts. The work was excellent even my home is warmer. The workmen were very kind and professional. First Point were so great about checking on everything. They called to let me know what to expect and kept me updated all the way through. I sincerely recommend them for anything you need done.
Amazing staff and wonderful experience from start to finish. We worked with Joe Mullins and Domanic Wilson recently. They went above and beyond client service duties not out of obligation but because they had a genuine interest and truly treated us like family. Joe from First Point handled everything yes females (lol) EVERYTHING and followed up not just with us but with our HOA, Mortgage CO, and State Farm (yes he had our permission for the snoopy Sally’s out there) Joe made our life so smooth and easy during the whole process my only complaint is that the businesses I listed above (yes on my end) didn’t return his due diligence in a timely manner and in the respect, care and simple common courtesy that he took. If we ever need another roof Joe and Domanic are the first people we would call and also highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof and don’t know who to call and or even if you have questions about insurance claims, fees, timeline etc. I promise you will not be disappointed oh and last thing for all my gardeners out there just an fyi they also had the roofers cover/protect my flower beds and trust me those poor guys, my flower beds wrap pretty much all around, so before even starting they took the time and ensured no destruction would occur which I highly appreciate and love so any gardeners out there will truly appreciate this. Also shout out to the guys actually installing they were in and out and cleaned up everything even picked up the trash in the neighbors yard. Can’t say enough about this company and no I’m not endorsed or paid by them to say this, credits due where it’s due. Thank you Joe and Domanic from Southfield, Mi.
