As I’ve moved through multiple spinal surgeries- she has been there every step of the way helping me rehab and find my groove again. Her classes are challenging and will completely transform your body. She has my business for life!

I don't normally write reviews but I felt obligated to because I love this place so much. I'm brand new to Pilates and Diana is so thorough and makes the class enjoyable, digestible, and comfortable. I left the first class loving PilatesThe place is CLEAN and you can tell she loves what she does.
