Valentina, Ali, and Shannon are all very caring, professional and funny! They did a really fantastic job with making the environment there feel efficient, friendly, and professional. Level of service was beyond my expectations, felt like I was in and out in no time.
I love Shannon Webster! I've been a patient of hers since her beginnings at Epic in Ferndale! I can walk to the Ferndale location, but worth the drive to the Telegraph location to see her! I also love Kelly at Ferndale too!
Doctors are great! It’s the call center that ruins EVERYTHING! I don’t know if the call center is in another country or local, but everyone struggles to communicate in English. Each person you speak to has different information from the other. Speaking to the actual physician’s office should definitely not be this difficult!
