Absolutely horrible law firm! Dealt with them years ago when they literally stole thousands of dollars from me through their deceptive lying tactics. Was told that my idea for a patent was novel. I believed them and paid them thousands of dollars to do a patent search to establish a patent for my product. I was told that my product was “novel” and that there was nothing else like it registered with the uspto. My patent was denied because someone in Australia had the same/similar patent. When this was brought to the firms attention, I was told “too bad”. My money was NOT refunded for their obvious negligence. I lost over $10,000 with this deceptive firm! Stay away...read full review

I dealt with them in the past when I live nearby and I did business with then as só as the engineers at the corporation we worked for. After calling many times I gave up no one ever returned my call.

I felt like I was a boat out at sea without a paddle and no wind for my sails. Anna Heinl of Brooks Kushman changed that. She set everything in motion and led me through a very difficult process, gaining my trust and respect, and regaining my belief there are truly good people out there doing good work that matters.I might be but one, small case. But I was treated like I was her ONLY case.
