My first visit as a new patient was amazing. I was treated like I was apart of the family with comfort, care, expertise and respect. I had a couple of services done that weren’t painful and my fears were calmed every step of the way. Dr. Patel is personable, thorough, and knows her practice! Her assistant was gentle and kind. The wait time was almost nonexistent and you can the entire office staff loves what they do.

I have been going to Southfield Brightside Dental office for over 10 years. Dr. Elturk and his staff are not only professional and friendly, they are all very knowledgeable in their respective roles. They all have the best interest of their patients in the forefront of what they do every day. From setting appointments to billing insurance, from cleanings to dental work - questions are answered, recommendations of treatments are thoroughly explained. I recommend the Southfield Brightside Dental office to anyone looking for a place to trust your dental well-being. They are amazing!

I literally hate needles so much that I’ve ducked going to get things done sometimes in a timely fashion but the staff at Bright side was so pleasant and accommodating that I was so comfortable I didn’t even get a chance to be as traditionally nervous as I have been in the past.
