Shay knows a lot about the hair industry. I have been coming to her for her for 12 years. She does a great job every time. She really knows how to manage all hair textures, and really does her best to educate her clients on how to take better care of their hair. Plus she did I mention she is Super funny I always walk away laughing at some kind of joke she tells.
