While we haven't contracted with this company yet (the reason for 4 stars, NOTHING NEGATIVE ABOUT THE COMPANY), I wanted to leave a review about an interaction had with Jon.
We've had quite a few solicitations from a number of different companies, and the interaction had with Jon was lightyears ahead of most other companies.
Jon was polite, professional, respectful, and accepted our answer at this time. By comparison to the pressure and tactics used by some other companies, this polite and professional demeanor has already set American Standard apart in the best possible way. This company is amazing!! I can’t recommend them enough! We had a small piece of siding that got ripped off our house from a storm. Of course the siding I have is discontinued. Marie and Jay went above and beyond trying to find this siding for us. I finally told them just to put a white piece up and that we would paint it. Jay couldn’t bring himself to do that because he said it will look awful! lol so he looked everywhere and found a company that was out of state and clearing their inventory and had some of our siding left.
