It was pretty easy to get an appointment, the woman here is very nice, the environment is peaceful and quiet, pretty affordable, nice conversation, overall I felt very comfortable considering I am super picky about who does my hair. I got a traditional sew in 16" the hair was also included which was super convenient!! I definitely will be back
