Woman at counter was having a fit as costumers were coming in, so shook I had to fill out my own slip, she was screaming inside, whomever owns this business needs to get it together. I tried to calm her down. Meltdown is not the way to get customers to come back. Until something changes I will drive to St Joseph for my cleaning needs!

Convenient location, but the woman immediately was complaining the minute I walked in, behind a kind policeman who dropped off stuff before me. Cussed, impatient, then refused my blanket because it had dog hair on it. Then cussed again when someone walked in behind me. HOW RUDE. Want business? Change personnel!

Dropped off dry cleaning for Thanksgiving, went in around noon to pick it up the day before the lady told me come back at 3. I explained I needed if for the holiday she said they close at 6. I went back at 4:15 there was a note on the door that she went shopping be back at 4:30. I had a 4:30 appointment 5 minutes away, I stayed until 4:26. Went to my appointment got done at 5:45 in time to pick it up at 6. Got there at 5:50. It was closed so needless to say I didn’t get my dry cleaning for Thanksgiving. I live in South Haven, will be driving to a different town from now on.
