This was my dog Missy's first visit with Dr. Martens. She tends to bark at people she doesn't know, so I was a little worried about today's visit. The girls at the front desk made us feel welcome. Dr. Martens was wonderful with Missy. He talked to her as he started her exam, gently scratching her back to get her used to his touch. When someone cares about animals, it shows. :)
I am incredibly grateful to Dr Martens and his staff. My dog has complex health issues and the team have been great in guiding me on how to care for her. Dr Martens is attentive, never seems to be in a rush to get on to his next appointment, and very understanding. I’ve found the overall costs here to be reasonable for services and vaccinations. The vet techs are patient and knowledgeable. Having been a dog ma for 15 years, this is by far my favorite veterinary practice to date.
Excellent veteran. Highly recommend. My dog was having skin issues. 3 other vets prescribed flee meds. I continued to tell other vets we never see flees. Went to South Haven Hospital and they got it correct the first time. They saved me money all the way around from visit to medication. Will continue to take pets to this location!
